Our Story
Founded in 2021 Cyan Medical’s began delivering a variety of tailored medical courses out in the community and providing Pre Hospital Emergency Care on front line Ambulances, during this time it was clear to us that elderly people who had fallen without injury were not a priority and often left lying on the floor for hours, we decided to change that.
Our Background
Our team all have extensive backgrounds in the Emergency Services, this has allowed us to develop a kind compassionate service to elderly people who are at risk of falls either in their own homes or in care home premise where they reside.
Our Approach
We are not an Ambulance Service and therefore our attention is purely focused on our clients. We provide a 24/7, 365 day a year non injury Falls Response Service with a range of subscriptions to suit a variety of our clients needs and when needed can deal with minor injuries up to a First Aid level.
