We are a dedicated Falls Response Service led by a retired Paramedic Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Our dedicated team provided a full 24-hour, 365 day a year service to residents in their own homes who are at risk of falling, giving them the confidence and independence to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
Our team have extensive experience serving frontline Ambulance Services and despite working all over the country, we have all personally observed and heard consistently from patients and their families how elderly individuals who have fallen with no injuries are a low priority for the Ambulance Service as their calls are not deemed as a priority.
We have sadly lost count the amount of families that we have spoken with who have said elderly relatives have been left lying on the floor unable to eat, drink or access the toilet often in uncomfortable positions who only require the lifting equipment and vital signs assessment to ensure the individual who has fallen can remain at their place of residence.

We provide a range of healthcare education and training courses, including accredited First Aid courses suitable to all industries from construction to healthcare we can adapt our courses to suit your requirements. Please get in touch to find out more or see some of the courses we provide listed below. All our courses are provided in person due to the practical nature of the courses.
First Aid became mandatory in the National Curriculum in the UK in 2020 however a survey undertaken by St John Ambulance found only 21% of teachers felt they would be able to deliver effect training to their students with a large factor being inadequate staff knowledge.
We work with schools to deliver age tailored First Aid and Community Safety courses for children aged 3 – 18 years old. There are multiple opportunities to fund this training from school self-funding to working with local projects in the area to fund the courses as part of their social value commitments.
We believe the feedback in the quote below shows the immeasurable importance of delivering this training correctly to children. Please get in touch to find out more.
‘The children really enjoyed meeting Naomi and Hannah they felt at ease and were extremely engaged throughout. Children looked at a range of equipment and use this with one another. This led to children feeling very comfortable around medical equipment which I know were the ladies aims. They also spoke about what to do in an emergency. Two weeks after the session, a child in year 1s mum had a fit and collapsed on the floor, the child ran next door to a neighbour to get help. When asked how did you know what to do, he replied ‘I learnt it at school’. A huge thank you to you both for making this possible and of course potentially helping a child to save his mums life. We hope you can come back and see EY’s in the new Year.’
